After working 9 years in San Miguel on the design and construction of private residences, Arq. Anja Fauske Lorenzo is relocating and expanding her practice into a new concept she calls “Architectural Solutions.” The opening of her new offices and studio in Fabrica La Aurora in October will incorporate all aspect of architecture including the custom design of homes, furniture, cabinetry, iron work, doors and windows. Arq Fauske will also be available for private consultations involving interior and exterior design, landscaping, electrical installations, painting, tile and stonework. What makes Architectural Solutions unique is that Ms. Fauske’s new offices will include a showroom with an extensive array of samples which her clients can see, feel, and purchase. Samples will include 18 different colors of cantera, as well as marble, stone, tile and granite.

Further, Ms. Fauske has a superb team of masons, carpenters, electricians, plumbers and ironworkers who have been with her for over nine years, who are available for construction and home renovation.

Ms. Fauske is a graduate from the University of Guanajuato, at Architecture. She has designed, built and renovated homes and buildings in San Miguel. She is an active member of the local College of Architects.
