Ooh, a wine bar (excuse us, a Champagne and Wine Bar!) designed with cozy corners and offering red and white wines, sparkling wines and champagnes, and well-chosen hors-d'oeuvres and desserts.
One of our favorite tasty items is the menu's highlight: fondue. There's Swiss cheese fondue for 100 pesos, made with traditional Gruyere and Emmenthaler cheeses. (Suggested pairing: Pinot Noir) And there's chocolate fondue at 90 pesos, served with strawberries, banana slices, biscotti, and marshmallows. (Suggested pairing: champagne.)
Says owner Lorraine Russo de Garay: "Our menu is simple cuisine, and our team works to create delicious wine and champagne pairings with hors-d'oeuvres, fondues and desserts." Try the rosemary almonds with a glass of sherry, or the Roquefort- stuffed mushrooms with a light vino tinto.
